Privacy

We collect what we need to run lessons and pay tutors: your name, email address or Telegram account, bookings, payments and session attendance. We do not sell personal data.

Tutors upload an identity document for vetting. It is seen only by the Tutoret review team and is deleted as soon as a decision is made; only the fact that the check passed is kept.

Payments are processed by our payment partner. Tutoret never sees or stores card or wallet credentials.

Session recordings exist only when the student consented at booking, are visible to the two participants and Tutoret staff handling a complaint, and are deleted after 90 days.

You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time through the support contact in the footer.
