You set the price and the hours. We bring students, run the classroom and pay you in birr.
What you keep
You keep 75% of every session, rising to 80% after 50 hours taught and 85% after 150 hours. The rate is fixed when a student books, so a change never touches sessions already sold.
How vetting works
Three checks, usually within a few days. You can prepare your profile and hours while you wait.
Step 1: ID check
We confirm you are who you say you are. Your ID document is deleted once we decide.
Step 2: Subject test
A short test per subject you want to teach. Pass it and that subject gets the Verified badge.
Step 3: Tech check
A five-minute call in the classroom to confirm your camera, microphone and connection work.
Availability and payouts
- Set weekly hours in Addis Ababa time and block days off whenever you need to.
- Students book one-hour sessions inside your hours, at least two hours ahead.
- Withdraw your earnings to Telebirr or your bank whenever you have 500 birr or more.
